This is another Hauser model, but with birds-eye maple back and sides, and an aged (over 25 years) spruce top. It has a typical Hauser outline and modified fan bracing system, and is light in construction. The headstock is veneered in birds eye maple with a rosewood inlay, and the finish is French polish. The guitar features a traditional fine herringbone rosette, a design echoed on the bridge tie-block. The neck-head joint is a Hauser type V-joint. The fingerboard is ebony and the bridge and bindings are rosewood. The machine heads are hand made by Allessi in Italy. This guitar is now available for sale.
